i’m an abstract artist who uses landscape as a framework.

i’m usually to be found mixing charcoal, encaustic, and watercolor on natural surfaces—birch panel, copper sheet, gold-foiled mulberry tissue—to build scenes that shimmer between reality and imagination.

sometimes, i work in oil on canvas. but i add spice, like sparkling mica.
